The United States Embassy in Kenya has come under scrutiny for deceiving individuals worth millions of dollars through fraudulent VISA applications and involvement in human trafficking syndicates. Sources indicate that top government officials also participate in the syndicate, including CS Sports Ababu Namwamba and others.

The shocking visa fraud scandal at the US Embassy Kenya in Nairobi implicates several high-ranking senior government officers from various ministries, as well as top State House officials.

As revealed in my previous post, the syndicate consists of many influential wheeler dealers who brazenly defraud millions of desperate and poor Kenyans with promises of fake visas while enjoying the protection of their deep networks within the corridors of power.

One member of this crime syndicate (in an attempt to threaten and silence journalists covering the story) ended up inadvertently exposing his fellow conspirators and how scams operate.

Kenya has proven to be the most convenient destination for human trafficking to first-world countries, including the United States. Last year, Kenya arrested several Pakistanis en route to the United States.

This year, authorities arrested several Ethiopians who were traveling from Kenya to Canada. In 2023, a report from the United States indicated that human trafficking was rife as victims transited through Kenya with ease.

The US State Department released the disturbing report. Despite not fully meeting the minimum standards for the elimination of trafficking, the Kenyan government is making significant efforts to do so.
